• My order fulfilled incorrectly or my mouse pad arrived damaged and/or defective.

• Can you create customized pads?

  If you don't see a design you like, contact us and we can help you create a mouse pad of your choosing. Customizations can be done for orders of 100 or more pads. Check out the samples below of other mouse pads we have created and produced for our customers.

  

For all mouse pads using real models, we will need a high resolution picture (300 dpi or greater) and proof of model release/photographer release. In addition, straight on shots/views of the model work better as opposed to shots or views from an angle. We will evaluate the picture and get back to you with any further questions or concerns as needed.

Pricing for customized pads will be determined by the order quantity. In general, a mimimum order quantity of 100 mouse pads is required for us to customize, due to production costs. However, exceptions can always be made.

• Do you have wholesale pricing?

For orders over 100 pads, we can negotiate specialized volume shipping and discounts depending on the order quantity. Please contact us at sales@slicknicky.com for details on wholesale pricing.

• Do you take suggestions on models?  How can I be one of your mouse pad models?

  We’d love suggestions on new models.  We are always looking for new versions.  If there is a big demand on any particular model and we can arrange to get the photo or model rights, we will produce it.

• When will you have a girl’s version with male butt pads?

  We are working on a version for women featuring a male model.  We’d love to hear from you on who you’d like to see on this version. 

• Can you make the boobs bigger?

  If there is demand, we definitely can.  Feel free to give us feedback and if we feel there is enough demand, we will produce a version with larger boobs!  Keep in mind we aim to keep our products practical and ergonomic as they are functional mouse pads.

• How can I link to your website from my website?

• How come pictures are not completely aligned?

  Because of the manual component required in the production process, we cannot always guarantee perfect alignment.  We try our best, but sometimes a picture just isn’t a perfect fit for the product.  Our goal is 100% satisfaction.  If you have any questions or complaints about your order, please feel free to contact us at sales@slicknicky.com

• What other versions are coming?

• Do you sponsor events or groups/teams?
